I am the same especially considering the upper is usually the more expensive piece.

because the two lowers I have are quite different, one has a light weight MOE stock and grip, the other has an F93 and fat MIAD on it, ambi controls and it's the one I use all the time in courses and such, so it is very beat up. I wouldn't put my lightweight M4 upper on a lower that is made for the heavy dissy set up I have

Not as many as I want. In time I will satisfy my need.

Lowers are different, uppers are different. But the upper is the most specialized part of the rifle (at least for me). So only one lower per upper - my stocks match the uppers. Wife has the lightweight upper with CTR stock. I have the 16'' railed upper with glass and a CAA "sniper" stock.

I'm planning on getting a 300 AAC Blackout upper. At first I wanted to just get the upper, but lowers are cheap, and I'm thinking of making it featureless, which definitely has the easy mag release advantage, especially when hunting hogs.

I like having one lower per upper. Can bring complete rifles to the range and if someone wants to shoot one they can. And building lowers are more fun than building uppers in my opinion.

                            6 uppers and 4 lowers.

Yes, I might've gone a little crazy over the years.

Does not sound crazy to me, I like your ratio. Do any of you ever feel uncomfortable telling the world what's inside your gun case. Don't answer that here I'll start my own thread.
