All about making some profit. Almost exclusively targeted for U.S market.

In that case, who would it be made for?
Semi auto rifles are very restrictive in Russia and even more so in that configuration. Basically you have to own a shotgun and hunting license for 5 years before you can buy one.
Most European countries are even worst.
U.S would be the most logical. Who knows, maybe they found or came up with some loop-hole.
For that asking price this is more of an experimental joke of some sort.Comment
