MOE grip comparability

Would the MOE grip fit a .308 DPMS lower?

you will have a gap between the curved part of the grip (where the web of your thumb goes) and the lower receiver on a .308, where on a 5.56 it fits pretty much flush. It's just cosmetic though.

I'm having a tough time installing this grip on a Tactical Machining lower.
