    How do like your Pacific Tool and Gauge bottom metal?

    Anyone care to comment on PTG? There have been a couple of mentions on the net regarding PTG. For the most part they are positive. Just looking for more opinions.

      I guess no one shoots bolt guns around here. I'm going to go ahead and have a PTG Remington 700 bottom metal coated in cerakote.

          How much are they charging for it? Takes AICS mags?
          Will trade liquor/wine/beer for parts and accesories and ammo! PM me. Dont drink n shoot. Offer void where prohibited. Must be 21 or older, etc. etc.

              Nope. Just a regular steel bottom metal that's an improvement over stock. I was hoping someone had one. I don't want to get the stock inletted right now for another bottom metal and I wouldn't use it. I'd rather spend the money and time on ammo.

                  Sure people do, you've failed to realize two things.

                  1. Not everyone shoots remington 700's.
                  2. A lot of people that swap out the bottom metal seem to do it so they can have a DBM system and use AICS mags or something similar.
