$5K to $8K, is that for the rifle alone?
I wonder how much extra $$$ will cost to have a fully loaded mag with .338 Lapua's.They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

For $2,500 to $3,000, I'd seriously consider it. But not for $5,000 to $8,000."Show me a young conservative and I'll show you a man without a heart. Show me an old liberal and I'll show you a man without a brain." - Sir Winston Churchill

Man, thats a hefty price tag! Thanks for sharing, $5-8K I would stick to a bolt action and quality glass and still plenty of cash for ammo and pocket money."Professionals practice to get it right, Operators practise to get it wrong."Comment

neat, but yeah, i'd go with 50 calibers if the price is what they advertise it for... ugh. but nonetheless it looks cool, if i had like 8k laying around!Be the change that you wish to see in the world.Mahatma Gandhi

.50 Beowolf vs .338LM? You're kidding, right? .338LM semi-autos are right on the edge of making sense, in my opinion. Lloyd over at RND has made the most accurate .338LM semi as far as I know. In fact, his 20" model is extremely versatile...

The .338LM magwell on Ar-ish lower looks kind of ridiculous.
Also, them saying that it is an "AR" platform is kind of misleading IMHO. Other then the buttstock, and the pistol grip I doubt any of the components are interchangeable between this and a standard AR.
They even say it is piston driven in the advertisement, so this is about as much of an AR as a 10/22 in an archangel stock.
That being said, a semi-auto .338LM is awesome.Comment
