XM193 is more expensive then green tip but not by much and I get it in 1k qt's for no more then 330ish shipped. Remember most ranges prohibit steel case ammo so green tip is useless depending on the range.

The link i provided was for PMC Xtac, if you want cheaper ammo yes you can get them for under 300 all day long. PMC bronze or federal is about 280 from the links i provided.

sacramento doesn't even have an ammo law on the books. Tried looking through the ordinances online.
