about 2 weeks ago i've asked for advices on putting together a long barrel AR, knowing absolutely nothing. but just after a week's time with your feedback and with a crash course in reading everything i could about parts, manufacturers, and assembly i finally managed enough wits to start a project of my own. and the most prominent observation out of this whole process was the realization of how much the final results have deviated in style (and cost!) from the simplicity of my initial vision.
and so from the wealth of information all soaked in and with the momentum i was going, one project led to two...
