    End of story period.

Look at what cartridge has won at the national levels of shooting competitions at 100 and 200 yards for the last 5 years.

BY FAR. The 6PPC or 6BR is the standard IMHO.

The OP question is dead before it is even answered. Decided in competition. Sorry, the Swede is not knocking off the 6mmBR at 200 yards.

6br knocked off the swede did it not? The swede has a lot of recoil for a 200yrd round anyway.

Have you considered 6.5 Grendel. Its kinda pricey but you can get wolf ammo for $12.75.
        for a box.

I have 2 favorites: My Ruger M77V in 22-250 and my German made .300 weatherby magnum. Both shoot sub MOA at 100 yards. At 200 yards both shoot 2 inch circles but the Weatherby is a snidge tighter.

A savage or CZ 22lr bolt for budget. Good glass and you can be competive at a rimfire match.

But this is a centerfire forum and you want to reload. Which my vote is for 6.8spc ll. From a TC contender.
