    CA Legal 40 S&W Carbine

    Is there a reliable CA Legal 40 S&W Carbine available for purchase here in our lovely state? Options etc. Thanks in advance guys!

      HiPoint is the first one that comes to mind.
      Fairly inexpensive and generally well received.

      There are a couple companies that do AR and MP5 style carbines in .40sw, but these get considerably more pricey

                    Kel-tec sub 2000 in 40the s&w. I have one in 10the day jail right now and mine uses the g22 mags. Got it from marks armory for $290

                        No, the .40S&W uses a shorter case than the 10mm

                          Kel-Tec sounds like an option, I had a 9mm Hi-Point when I lived out in NC, sold it before I moved out here though. However I shoot a lot of 40 S&W which is the reason for the interest in the carbine. Ruger's seem to come up on occasion here on the forum for sale.

                              There is/was and MP5/10 in 40 S&W, but it won't be cheap.
