    BB question

Hi, this is my first time installing a BB and I was wondering how far it seats down into the receiver? I know its suppose to be snug but damn.

O its a Stag lower if that makes a difference!

So does it sit flush or stick out the same distance as the the stock release?

It sticks out about as far as the stock button usually stood out - maybe a 1/8" more.

How hard is it to get the BB out once its installed? I go to Neveda a lot, so I was just wondering.

If you did not file down the burr and had to hammer it into its place with a mallet then I'll take vice grip and some muscle to get it out.

Even if you did not file, you can tap it out from the left side with the correct size punch. Pretty easy actually, got the tip from a Calgunner.

                    Darin,
after you've removed a BB, let's say-in the future- you wanted to install a NEW one, would it fit as snug as before? (meaning: would punching it out create "engraved track marks" inside mag release button channel?)
