Look around and do some research, you can buy more reputable/proven parts from places like (now I've done it) Spikes, CMMG, Bravo Company (BCM), Palmetto State Armory, Stagg etc with all the quality testing performed on the components for excellent for the money ARs. Although no one can prove for a fact which is better including what brands you mentioned with out doing some extensive testing of all the brands out there. Resale wise name brands will get more money than others. First get a total build cost, how heavy, what you want it to look like, what's in purpose, then don't be in a rush to buy, since it's hard for these companies to keep their items in stock because of demand. Realize that most companies only put together uppers/rifles/etc. They usually don't manufacture their own parts such as barrels, uppers, lowers, etc but the quality of parts used is what you are looking for.
