A co-worker of mine has a wholesale/dealer account with a bunch of companies. I bought the lower off him directly from one of his older rifles. The scope was bought from another co-worker who worked with Army snipers in Iraq. The rest of the items were bought on here.

just one critique, for $1000 why not go with a variable optic? Nightforce, Zeiss, Vortex HD are well within that range.

The only reason I went with fixed power is the payment option I was given. I bought it off a co-worker and paid it off over a 10 month period.
