M4 style AR-15 build, Please Help with suggestions? tips? opinions?
In the process of building up an M4 style, Stag OLL AR-15.
Any recommendations, tips, suggestions, warnings, opinions are appreciated before I buy more parts.
Im trying to be Legal, Safe, reliable, fun, accurate, roughly in that order.
Let me know if I post anything I'm not supposed to?
I still get nervous posting about AR15 issues.
So far:
-Stag Arms stripped lower OLL (legal) (tough choice over the CalGuns bear multi cal)
-Bushmaster tel stock (9 position I think) (legal)
-Rock River lower complete parts kit, exchanging the Houge grip for a standard. (legal)
-bullet button (legal)
-2 - 10 round black plastic (polymer) magpul 20/10 mags (legal)
-Bushmaster upper from my post ban 223 (legal)
-Bushmaster 14.5 lightweight with pinned and welded extended A2 birdcage flash from Rock River to be permanently 16.1 inches (legal)
-with bayonet lug (legal)
-matching bushmaster hand guard and gas tube. (legal)
-extended front post sight to compensate for switching the H-bar with lightweight 14.5 with M4 style front sight???? (legal)
(That is my biggest concern right now matching the M4 style barrel front sight to my old post ban A2 like upper with adjustable elevation rear sight)
- Winchester .223 ammo ?
Thanks in advance, trying to go for simple, clean, classic M4 look feel.
Im a fan of Navy Seal preffered weapons, and Vietnam erra weapons.
Its just for the range and plinking and fun. I'm no expert thats why I'm asking.

Now thinking stag flat top upper with red dot sight and hard flip up rear sight? pushing the budget though
