M1A Hand Guard Question

My M1a came with the Quad Rail and I want to remove it. Once removed I'll need to replace the plastic hand guard; where can I get one of those?

Where could I find a standard plastic hand guard or a scout rail set up? Is there a better option than getting a replacement from Springfield?

Would I need the "stripped handguard" or the one with the "clip installed?"

with clip... that's what holds it to the barrel
