    B-16

Does anyone know if the B-16 is still being made and where I can get one?

I just checked the Tunis link and i guess they don't have them anymore. I sent a PM to Toolbox so hopefully he still has some. Thanks for the responses.

I don't think it ever made it into production.

People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run, don't walk. We're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome.

The B-16 BB is a great design because it does not change the orignal magazine release set up and acts as a trigger and hammer pin holder.

I like the B-16 because it's obvious to onlookers that the mag release can't be operated by a finger, yet is so easy to remove. Just remember to Locktite the little screw though - I've had mine work loose and almost lost the B-16.

Why did production stop on these? It's what I've used on my only AR build, and I've been very pleased with it. I agree about the need for Loc-Tite, though.

The only thing I don't like about that design is that it complicates getting to the hammer pin.
