I thought someone was looking for these. I forget. Anyway. Came across these, looked like a good deal.

Lowers for $27. Machine work required. No FFL.

That seems like a pretty low price. I know it says 0% so that'll be a lot more work than the 80% I got from TM. Anyone have experience with this brand?

I'd spend the extra for an 8%
You'd not be able to finish that with a drill press, maybe even have trouble with a knee mill.
Thats great for someone with access to a CNC mill and fixtures to hold the forging in different orientations for several ops what would worry me the most is the mag well I believe it is broached since they usually have square corners. You can't cut/ mill out a square corner inside a pocket with a tool that is turning...

these lower forgings require serious machinery to complete, stick to an 80 percent, Tactical macine is a cg supporter and is having a big sale (i believe its still on)

I do have a full shop, and $50 more is well worth it to me.

The mag wells usually need a wire EDM for proper tolerances.

most people that want do do more than just the last 20% would probably be better off getting a TM 30% lower where the magwell and top plane have been finished. then, you can do the rest, http://www.tacticalmachining.com/sto...ts.php?pid=142 . worth the extra 25$ to have the magwell already broached for you.
