anyone have the brownell's otis elite cleaning kit?

You'll find high-quality gun parts, gunsmithing tools, firearms, ammunition, reloading equipment, optics, and more!

according to the picture and description, it looks awfully like the otis elite military kit.

    does anyone have it?

Same kit on both sites. 1000 is the part #. Cheapest place appears to be:

Never purchased from that site so not sure how there reputation is.

Otis makes nice cleaning kits which are unique and easily portable.

I do. I have a ridiculous amount of OTiS equipment. I use about 5% of it. That said, it is very nice to have a dedicated rifle length 30 patch cable, dedicated rifle length 30 brush cable, and a dedicated 35 patch pistol cable. The ubertacticool case with all the brushes in neat little bottles also impresses the ladies at the range.

If the $ makes you balk, though, consider getting one of their "Marksman" .177/22 airgun cleaning kits. It is really cheap (about $3) and will from .177 up to .25 caliber easy. I bring one with me each time I go to the range with the intermediate rifles (5.56) and it does a very good job cheap.

I got a bunch of the Marksman kits when they were blowing them out for $0.99. I saw them for sale at that price at Cheaper Than Dirt sometime back....not sure if they still have them or what they are selling for now.
