Pre or past ban magazine? Just picked up a Steyr AUG - are you in California? I hope you mean you picked up an fixed magazine MSAR clone with a Raddlock and 10 round magazines. -

Looking at the casting marks on those mags, I would guess all were made after 2000. They appear to be fairly new, one being 05 and one being a '10. Those would be post ban, but anything made after 2004, the ban doesn't really matter as the AW ban ended, but I'm not familiar with NY weapons laws.Comment

Under the NY hi-cap mag ban, non-exempt persons can not possess magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds, unless that magazine was made before 09-14-1994. Burden of proof is on the possessor to prove when the magazine was made.sigpic

If that's the case, I would shy away from those mags until the OP finds any better documentation or proof that they are pre-ban units.Comment
