Arent all AR bolts setup the same way? I dont think the extractor on the LMT is any different.

and no, there is no picture.

does your bolt still have that silver millscale junk on it? im noticing wear marks on the carrier, im wondering if the silver stuff is too thick causing it to hang up in a tight tolerance reciever? i have maybe 100 rds in it, if that, and the bolt is not locking completely forward as of today, i cant even knock it forward by slamming the buttstock. thanks lmt, for not having a forward assist.

edit: it was so hot out there today, it completely slipped my mind to LUBE THE carrier rails, im thinking this may have been the issue now, as its bone dry under the bcg, whereas everything else is lubed ok. btw, its still freaking hot where i am. x-(

That's also a first gen bolt. The current production ones are of a dual ejector design.

I was referring to the bolt, not the carrier. If you look at the bolt face of a current production MWS, you will see two ejectors, one at 12 o'clock and one at 6 o'clock rather than the single ejector at 12 o'clock on the original bolts.

I asked LMT about them and they said they will only provide them if the original bolts are having operational issues. Like most other MWS components, they are not available for purchase separately which stinks since I personally like to keep a spare BCG for my rifles.
