Any Special Considerations for Selling a Converted Saiga?

I have a Saiga 308 with 22" barrel that I did a full conversion to last year and I want to sell it. It has the required bullet button so it is California legal. Are there any special permits etc. required in order for me sell it to an individual in this state or outside of California? Can I ship the Saiga directly to the future buyer's FFL, or do I need to have my FFL send it to theirs?

You can ship it directly to their FFL. Just verify that their FFL will take it in from a non-FFL holder.
