Maybe I'm tired and missed something, but have you purchased your lower receiver?

You'll like the Viper, it's a good scope. For the hand guard the diamond series from YHM is really nice looking and of course free floating. I'll probably take some abuse for saying this lol, but I think the Daniel Defense hand guards are extremely over rated. Not that they are not great, they are, but the price is absolutely ridiculous. There are some pretty decent complete uppers for the price of one DD rail hand guard. I've used a lot of bi-pods and I wouldn't over do it there either. You can get a Harris for around $75 and it doesn't get much better then Harris. The money you save there use on a quality BCG.

By the way, your not going to build just one. You'll be lucky to build just one for precision shooting lol.

Looks like you're building primarily a bench gun. With that said, I don't think you'll be needing so much rail estate. But, if that's your thing, go for it. If not, I would take a look at the JP VTAC free float tube. It's simple and clean, and allows for placement of rails where you need it.

Later on drop in a timmney trigger and be done with that. newfrontierarmory.com has the lower and a really nice upper on the cheap (545 bucks). I got a couple of their sets and mine are turning in <.5" 5-shot groups with my handloads. Take the budget that's left over and buy a good optic (nikon, leuopold, pentax, etc...)
Our match uppers are back in stock at $525 as a featured item on our website. We're getting sub .5 MOA with factory ammo at 100 yards....best bang for your buck out there!
