Looks like a Smith w/set screws.....Not real sure what the funny bone/white ring does or how to use that part though! LOL

Thanks for the help, guys. Seems like I'll need to find a way to keep this thing on my barrel. Other than putting dimples in my barrel for the set screws and using good loctite, any good ways to keep this thing on?

Oh, and the bracelet belonged to my grandmother.
