Saiga 7.62 Conversion Help

I have an older Saiga that I purchased from Turners years ago. I would like to do the conversion on it so that it has a mag lock and pistol grip. However, I am not that savy at modifying things like that, nor do I have the tools. Is there anyone out there in So Cal that can work with me on the conversion? Thanks for taking the time to read! You may have better luck if you post this in the gunsmithing/how to section. If you look around, there may even be a write up on it already.
