    rem 700 aac-sd?

    i'm looking for a bolt gun in .308 and i find the rem 700 tac aac-sd is a pretty nice pkg, any opinion on this rilfe, anyone has one can you tell me how it shoot? what's a fair price for it?

    I've heard they are pretty good rifles. Don't see to many because the major difference in them is the threaded barrel and in CA you won't even be able to utilize it Aka not be able to use a supressor.. But I've heard they are just as good and solid as any other 700. Idk what they run for but I wouldn't expect it to cost much more than a normal sps t.

      I bought mine for ~$610 at Buds. Still waiting for Vortex PST to sight it in.
      It functions fine is what I can tell now.

          The difference is the threaded barrel (not hard to add) and 1:10 twist (impossible to get w/o changing the barrel).

            i like the 1:10 twist also but not important, should i just get the regular sps tac since the aac model is pretty hard to find one?

              do you thing $660 is a deal, it cost almost $100 than the reg sps tac?

                He is referring to a sound supressor.

                SPR18, I would say a SPS Tac or Varmint would serve you just as well and you would save some money.

                    just get the sps tac or varmit. only adv is that the barrel is threaded. which to me doesnt mean anything because i muzzle break is not necessary.
