This isn't from G.I. Joe these where actually given out to help military people better understand how to strip and maintain there weapons. I haven't seen one of these since the 90s! They had'em for every thing, from cooks to grunt, engineers to admin.http://www.ar15-kits.com/index1.html

Yeah, my dad was a supply sergeant in the National Guard when I was in grade school, we used to read the PM comics while he was working at the armory. That is, when we weren't sneaking peeks at the Playboys the other supply sergeant stashed in his bottom drawer.
