    Question about buying

    Greetings, new to CALGUNS forum.
    Have a question concerning buying a gun from a private buyer. I know that you need to do a transfer at an FFL, but do you still haft to do the ten day wait?

      Yes, you still have to wait the 10 days unfortunately. Welcome to Calguns btw.

              not if the gun is over 50 years old and no FFL is used.
