Opinions on CobraTactical.com?

I'm looking to buy a complete Stag Arms Model 1H upper to go with my Stag complete lower (picking it up on the 9th...I can't wait, haha).

CobraTactial.com has it priced very reasonably ($504.00 with free shipping); but I want to make sure they are a reputable company with good customer service and shipping time.

Anybody here ever dealt with them at all? How were your experiences?

Their shop is right down the street from me. He mainly deals with law enforcement and is working on getting an ffl so he can do transfers. It's a good shop and the owner's (can't remember their names) are nice guys. I got all the parts for my SPR build and then discovered that I needed a barrel nut wrench. I called them to see if they had any in stock because they are 3 miles away. I told him what the deal was and he tells me not to bother buying the wrench from him, just bring all the parts down and he'll assemble it for me. When I got their we went in back and assembled everything. He insisted on laser bore sighting my irons. Spent about 30-45 minutes after the store closed doing the work for me and when we were done I asked how much he wanted. He only charged me $5.

I asked about an out of stock item, via their contact us page. They immediately responded and answered my question. That is all the CS I have had with them. I appreciate the quick response.

The Staff is pretty cool and they definitely go out of their way to help people out. If your into tactical gear its a pretty cool store to check out(tons of slings, AR parts, A few vests,etc). That being said they sometimes try and sell you things your not interested in but its all good.

So it sounds like their brick and mortar store is pretty decent...how are people's online experiences with them?
