MS2 Sling clamp

Can anyone tell me what kind of clamp it is on the Magpul MS2 sling or where I can find one I been searching everywhere.

Ive seen them other places too but I lost all of my bookmarks with my last hard drive and this was the first one I could find

I do not have any links, but they are a maritime/boating clamp. I have seen them at several boating supply shops.

The shackle I know of it's the alligator locking clamp thing lol that I can seem to find anywhere
