Id offer to trade you mag bodies, but none of my stanags are even nice looking... Most have wear down to the shiny aluminum.

You bought rebuild kits, right? That means that they had to open the packaging and take apart the magazines. Metal is going to rub on metal.

I think you're being a little silly and unrealistic in your expectations.

Your telling me I should expect to get something that was not as described? What difference is this from buying a firearm that was described as having no scratches and receiving it only to find that it was in fact scratched up? Ahh, its gonna get scratches on it when I use it anyway so who cares?

If I can expect chunks of paint to flake off from removing the floorplate then the same thing should have happened to the other one I bought right? Ive taken that one apart more than a dozen times now and there is absolutely no sign of that.

With them taking it apart and putting it back together they should have noticed the finish was defective or that they damaged it.

Am I really wrong for expecting to get what I ordered and paid for? I don't see anywhere on the description that says they are used or may have a damaged finish if shipped as rebuilds. Simply offering me free shipping on another mag would have been a great way to handle it, whatever happened to taking care of your customers?

It's a USGI magazine dude, not a Rolex. They're supposed to be cheaply made and disposable. I thought pretty much everybody knew that if you want premium quality, you buy a Pmag.

How about you post a picture and show us how bad it really is?

The Flash made it hard to see from a straight on view. Like I said, I know its minor and will absolutely not affect the function at all, its the principal.

You bought those as rebuild kits with the understanding that they will be disassembled for legal importation. From the scratches, that's what happened, they were taken apart. Are you able to pry the base plate out with zero damage?
