The OP is probably already there. I offered to loan/give him one but, I didn't think the gas would be worth it. Anyway, he had already purchased one. Oh well, I tried and the OP knows that not everyone here is a rude and selfish as the first 6 responces would indicate.

Make it a habit to keep an empty magazine locked into the lower when transporting. This will always guarantee you have one magazine with the rifle.
