cheapest 7.63x39 rifle?

I would like to buy a semi auto 7.62 x 39 rifle just because the ammo is so popular. I dont really care wich gun it is. I like mini AKs mini 30s and SKSs. I guess it really just depends on where i can find the cheapest rifle. what do you guys think is my best bet? I live in fresno if that makes a difference

Whatever you do, don't get a mini-30, it won't like wolf or tula ammo, which pretty much defeats the point.

For that amount of money, I would honestly buy a nice milled 7.62x39 AK-47 with a side scope rail or build my own and spend the rest on ammo.
AK's love cheap 7.62x39 ammo, and the yugo brass cased ones are corrosive, so you need to clean the gun well after shooting it.

i think your missing the point. i dont want i hi dollar hi performance gun. i just want one that will shoot. im not really a 7.62 fan but with as cheap and popular as the ammo is i figured its a good way to prepare.
