I think I scored on an Original GPS grip pod 01 aluminum!

I was able to get a used original GPS grippod on Ebay for $43 shipped.

It is a 8 out of 10 and functions perfectly.

This is the original aluminum version. I really like my GPS 02 and had to have the original ....at the price I found.

You sure it's real? I had one that came on a 15/22 I bought.. guy swore it was real and to be honest it looked real (and worked pretty damn good)

Turned out to be a knockoff..

If you did pay that for a real one then it's a heck of deal.

I noticed your "legs" has alot of holes drilled into them.

Original Grip Pods dont have that feature on their "Legs".

One of the pics on the Ebay page does say, Grippod.com etc.

Maybe this is the very 1st generation GPS from them.

I got 2 GPS-02s from "Paladin4415", about $45 shipped. Hopefully he still has some for sale if U need xtras.

I have the current GPS-02 model.....I just had to jump on this as I am almost certain it is 100% original and a GPS -01 model.

This is true of the current original GPS grip pod 02 and LE models. However, the first model 01 was all aluminum and did have holes drilled into the legs. The GPS 01 is the true original prior to the current GPS 02 models in current production.

im pretty sure thats not real....not saying its bad, but its not the original thing. If you look in the right places you can get them for about $50 new...even though the MSRP is $100

The GPS 01 models DID have holes drilled in the legs to lighten them up. From where I sit, that looks real, but also from where I sit, I can't see the molded Grip Pod logo on the top...
