G&R tactical parts kits.. Whats in them?

    G&R tactical parts kits.. Whats in them?

    I have read/heard good things about their parts kits and they list them as being the best pieces from each kit... However Im wondering what those pieces are? Particularly the trigger set...

      Looks like a standard LPK to me But they offer to sell the kits without a trigger/hammer set for some $$$ savings and/or a MagPul trigger guard
