So I picked up this KRG Bolt Lift for my 700P. The stock is a Bell and Carlson Tactical Medalist A5. Scope is SWFA SS10X42. The Bolt Lift took all of 2 minutes to install. I used the smallest washer. I didn't use the included epoxy. The Bolt Lift seems well made and fits on tight. There isn't any wiggle or play once it's attached. Near the bolt handle there is a small gap where the two sides meet, but it doesn't appear to have any impact on function. It makes it way easier to manipulate the bolt. For $28 it's a cheap alternative to having to ship out the bolt to have a larger bolt knob attached. Time will tell how it holds up but it seems to be pretty sturdy. Here's some pics.
