Looking at 2 stage triggers. Does the RRA 2 stage compare to say a geiselle or a jewel 2 stage?

havent tried the geiselle or jewell either and unless you are going for a match rifle/ competition then I wouldnt spend the big bucks.
I do have a RRA 2 stage I got with the LPK when building my AR. got it from norcal industries here on calguns. the price was too low to pass up and damn glad I got it because I like it alot.Shoot Smallbore? Check out LAR&R in S. El Monte

Nice... I have an LMT 2 stage on my .308 and realize I need to upgrade my AR from the stock trigger. RRA looks like the way to go.Comment

I have RRA 2 stages on all my AR's. They are great for the money.
My only gripe is the last one I got has a higher trigger pull. I guess the new ones with the rounded hammer have about a 1lbs heavier pull. Still nice though.Originally posted by E Pluribus UnumI was on a ride-along, and the officer i was with saw a parked car with occupants. He was going up to ask them to move their car and as soon as he gets to the window the passenger says "I have meth under my seat."
I've never understood the self-confessors....Comment

I have a couple RRA 2 stages and now I have Timney single and geiselle DMR 2 stage. I can say that the RRA is a nice trigger for the money.... so, if you get it, just make sure you never try the others.
Hands down the geiselle is the NICEST 2 stage I've felt! Expensive, but worth it for mekevin.Comment

for the price point the RRA two stage is a pretty damn cool trigger. You can easily find it for under $140 and it covers most of your basic shooting needs. Unless you are like super hardcore long distance and iron sights shooter , then go spend the money on a Giselle/Timney
p.s I have 2 . One on an M16 replica and one on an unfinished lower for my SPR buildWTB:
1)AR15 Aero Precision Skeletonized Lower
2)S&W 686 6in barrel ...686 No dash through 686-4
3) Saltworks M5 upper/lower set

Almost every single one of my ARs has the RRA NM 2 Stage Trigger. I have been avoiding trying the Geissele because I know it might cost a lot to have to upgrade them all.www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.Comment

Geissele has a new trigger coming out that is priced competitively with the RRA 2-stage. I don't have the details with me right now but I recall it was in the $120 range.Comment

Just get the Geissele. It's twice as much but it's worth having a trigger that responds when you tell it to act. I've handled many RRA 2-stage triggers and when pulling through the 1st stage and hanging on the 2nd, there's that small amount of creep before the 2nd stage pulls through. I really don't want that, especially when shooting the 200 yard standing stage of fire.
