Fail to feed/ Eject help

Need help figuring out whats going on with my AR. Took it to the range shot a round off fired properly then next round didn't cycle. I was having to pull the charging handle back each time to get the casing to eject and load a new round. Kept happening the entire time I was there (shot about 30 rounds). Took it to a gunsmith say's the gas block and tube were damaged so new tube and block were ordered and installed. Took it to the range today fired ok till about 20 rounds in. Looks like the bolt still isn't going back all the way and rounds aren't ejecting or cycling properly. It was on occasion shooting off 3 rounds then it would fail to cycle. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
