My advice put a standard non pistol grip stock on it and enjoy magazines of all capacity... assuming you have them. I also assume your "M14" is a semi auto only version

A M1A with a regular stock (no pistol grip) and flash suppressor replaced by a muzzle brake is a featureless centerfire rifle, so detachable magazines of any capacity (not limitied to 10rnds) are okay.
