So I walk into WC Turners today after lunch to go look for a Nordic 22lr upper (I sold a S&W 15-22 for the Upper), I walk in Turners walk past the rifle and I notice nicely slung 1903 A3. I review it check the barrel (shinny clean), check the bolt and wood (clean, no dibits, smooth, excellent wood (the rifle's wood 
)) ask for a price and its story. Turns out it a recent widow has been bringing in her husbands rifles and well this is one of his excellent rifles.
I bought it! The price was excellent, CMP price excellent. Only bad thing is it was a consignment so I need to wait till Feb 2nd to dros it, then I have another 10 days from there
