    DPMS 308

    i live in nevada and own a dpms 308. i built the lower but dpms built the upper. after a few shots the pin that holds the trigger in trys to slide out. i heard it was normal, how do i stop this? any ideas?

    replace with non-rotating pins. Do the google, you'll find them.

      That's pretty weird. I built my lower using the DPMS LPK and a TM lower and haven't had any issues as you described. Personally I think it sounds like either your pin or lower is out of spec.

        ya i called dpms and the guy gave me a part number to some anti walking pins. he said sometimes it happens sometimes not. 5 bucks and a quick fix!!

          ditto to what these gentlemen are saying, had a similar issue with a buddy of mines, we fixed it right up after we bought the parts.

            sounds good, just sux when you bring people out to shoot and somthing simple like that keeps happening!!
