tikka t3 trigger adjustment

alright i see the trigger adjustment but i cant get the allen head to sit in the adjustment do to the larger allen bolt on the action. any advice?

Back it out until it hits the action screw. If you need a better pull than that replace the factory spring with this: http://erniethegunsmith.com/catalog/c12_p1.html

what i meant is i cant get the wrench to seat in the bolt because the action screw is above the threshold of the face

Take the action screw out for a second and adjust trigger?
