CMMG has an option listed:

Extended/polished feed ramps. . . what is it? And do I need it?

Also, EGRESS bolt upgrade. . . what is it? Do I need it?

You dont need either. But i got the extended/polished feed ramps on my CMMG.

I didn't get them on my CMMG upper and I have yet to have any kind of feeding or ejecting failure, and I am not obsessive about cleaning my rifles, but I don't neglect them either.

Both are reliability upgrades. Depending on use, it may or may not be worth your money. For duty use, it wouldn't hurt to get it.
