range report?

So I will be getting my upper from rifle gear sometime this week. I will prob go to my depts's range with in the first week of ownership. I noticed that some folks ask for a range report. What does that entail?

Pretty much how the weapon's functionality, how it shoots, any ftf, fte, etc..
