Geez, I went to SBRGC today to finish sighting in my Saiga and Norinco SKS at 100 yards. The friggin' sight is really fat on the Saiga. I move my front sight left, and right, and left again and still have a hard time finding the bullseye. Bullets hit too much left, then too much right. Finally, it's there. But it took more than one hour. I'm using a B-Square sight tool.
With my SKS it was 1-2-3 and boom, bullseyes. What's the deal with Saiga? Why is it so fat when my SKS is not? Do other AK's have this fat front post?
