I got in on a group buy from GRTACTICAL.COM for the FN SCAR 16s for a price of $1899 plus shipping. I have looked everywhere and this is the best price I have seen online. I work in Reno so I can take delivery of the rifle as is. I am not sure if he will ship to California though. He will have the rifles in 2-3 weeks per Grant the owner. This will be my Christmas present I have been waiting for Santa to give me. Merry Christmas to all.

I have a NV DL license so I am considered a resident. I go home most weekends back to the bay area. Unfortunately this gun will stay behind when I go back to Cal.Comment

This guy says he will make CA. legal FN SCAR and ship (do not know what kind of prices).
check him out, now I have never ordered one so please don't take this as fact.
But I know he's a good guy that builds some nice AR's.

They will ship to CA. This is a really great price. It was a group buy but I am sure they may have people who didn't/couldn't take delivery so they may have some available.
They will even ship the upper (that has the serial number) and lower separately so you can receive the lower, install the bullet button and pin the stock while waiting for the upper.Comment
