Check the bolt to see if the Gas Key is loose or tube mis-aligned

If thats not it get a new tube, if you have shot thousands of rounds of dirty ammo like Wolf or any Russian .223 a clogged tube and a worn extracor need a good looking at. On Bravo Companies site they have an extractor uprage that is a new extractor spring with a rubber o-ring to makes even stronger then just the new extractor spring you already put in. If you can borrow a complet bolt and carrier from someone like me and try to help isolate the issue. It may be a just a worn extractor .
Best thing about ar's is all this stuff is low cost.
Some future insurance to help lower the instaces of the issues you are having would be to get a heavier buffer like an H2 from Lewis Machine and tool. All their rifles come with them and low cost.
I'm curious to read how you fix it. Let us know.
      Good luck !

How well lubed is it ? Mine like to be run very wet. Or at least they are more reliable very wet. Dry or sort of dry they act finicky.

I have both my kids builds (christmas presents) BOTH doing this... Stove piping and not firing on live rounds after the first shot... Wet works better but I have bulit TONS of these and maybe my head is just not there with my life being hectic right now... but I am baffled...

double feeds sound like magazine problems to me. do you have any other mags to try? pmags are great, but maybe theyre out of spec/worn?
stovepipes, how is your ejector spring? new? extractor spring as well? im assumng so, since you said you replaced the springs.. baffling...

do you have another rifle? i would try swapping parts around, to see if you can get the problem to move.... sometimes that helps me figure stuff out...

Probably not the cause, but if you are using the kind of maglock you screw into place, make sure you are not screwing it all the way down. Leave your self some play/movement in the magazine. I experienced all kinds of feeding problems like this when I tightened my maglock down too tight. Loosened it up and have not had those kinds of issues since.

Make sure you are shouldering it properly and it has plenty of resitence to recoil against. After that, I would check the tube.

              All just guesses of course.
