    Bulk rifle purchases

    Currently, I'm told dealers don't need to report bulk sales (10+) of rifles to the ATF.

    What does that mean to the individual making the bulk purchase?

    You still have to DROS them.

        I dont see why lowers couldnt be bought in bulk. I think you can buy 10 PlumCrazy complete lowers (with stock and LPK installed) for $1,000.
