is 37MM Launcher legal in CA?

I recently may or may not have been given this gift by one of my friends. So I have no idea if this is legal to have in CA or not.

only if you can justify it....its not worth it unless you also own a boat.

just my 2 pennies. you are asking for trouble mounting a 37mm launcher under a AR15..yes I realize the OP said nothing about mounting it.

Where do you get the ammo for it.. Im all out. Some older ones have mounting hardware the new ones mount to rails- I have a manual at home for the old style that required the mounting HW. I can take a look at it and maybe that will give some info on where to get the stuff-

Yes I am sure it is 37mm, it says that on the launcher it self, I think you can buy ammos for it here. Also it is legal to mount on the AR-15?

Actually there are a variety of rounds available for it. Sponge rounds, baton rounds and chemical agents. However I don't know if these items are available to civilians.
