Its just ok. My only complaint is it's dirty and I have had the occasional FTF. My stag eats it up without any problems. My friend's Spikes eats it up as well. Out of around 250 rounds I have only had a few Failures to Feed and one Fail to Fire.

it is great ammo to just go out and plink with.. it does leave your weapon quite dirty compared to other ammo.. and you are not going to win any precision shooting comps using it.. but for the price buy it.. shoot it.. and clean it..

this is like the ninth thread in two days on wolf/tula.

ive run over a thousand rounds of wolf through my bcm in the past 4 weeks since i built it, and its been fine. if your rifle is well built and set up to run it, its great. if your rifle is not set up for it, the cases will stick once in a while, and youll have to beat them out of the chamber with a cleaning rod.

With tax, that is around $270 for a case of 1000. Not a good deal. You can just about get brass ammo online for that price, and you can buy 1000 rounds of Tula online for around $200 shipped.

I bought 1000 of the tula stuff from Cabelas. I think with the free shipping coupon it came out to $.20 per round. And you get 2 free (cheap, but decent) dry storage boxes. I can't find the deal anymore so maybe they are out of stock.

With regards to how it shoots, I run it thought my Sig556 and have yet to have a FTF or a FTE in 500 rounds. It is super dirty ammo, fortunately I really only have to brush soot/gunk off the piston every once in a while. I can't imagine cleaning this crap off of a BCG.

The wolf/tula question is replacing the SHTF question.

Vuurwapenblog just had a negative review, with high speed video.

According to him the Tula is worse than Wolf, which ran okay for him.

thats interesting. i never really noticed it, and used them interchangeably. but for the record, ive been buying up the wolf military classic for the past good while. i guess ill stick to the wolf. i always thought they were the same. same factory even, iirc...
