Copy/pasting the embed link won't work on a message board.

The link to your video on Youtube is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FyNns9sOjdk. All you have to do is take the alphanumeric code after the "v=" in the URL, in this case it is "FyNns9sOjdk", and copy/paste it between [YOUTUBE] tags. Quote my first post to see an example of how I did it for your video.
