Wait 'till they charge your credit card for an item, time goes by... and by... when you finally get someone to answer the phone, you're told, "It's on backorder". On backorder - for months. Been there, done that, Botach gets no more of my money.

+1 ^^^ Same thing happen to me, will never order from them again.
